Senior Managing Director, Emergency Preparedness
Harry is an emergency 准备 expert with more than 30 years of experience committed to helping communities plan and prepare for hazard disasters.
Harry provides executive-level management for projects in our emergency 准备 portfolio of projects. He has over 30 years of experience advising the 联邦政府, including more than two decades in an executive management capacity, over 15 years with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components, and nearly 10 years supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
